Senior Restaurant Staff

Senior Waiting Staff Opportunity at the 4-star Court Yard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare.


The team at the 4* Court Yard Hotel are seeking to recruit experienced Waiting Staff to join our professional and highly skilled food service team. If you have the relevant experience, are passionate about the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy 4*property we could have an excellent opportunity for you.


Main Duties:

  • Work in conjunction with the restaurant team on the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/functions dept.
  • General restaurant service duties.
  • Bar food service duties
  • General food service duties.
  • Drinks service orders - restaurant/bar.
  • HACCP duties.
  • Meet and greet of all guests to the restaurant/function.
  • Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times.
  • Helping out in all other areas of the hotel when required.



  • Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a restaurant/food service role (this experience is essential). 
  • Must be HACCP trained.
  • Must be fluent in the English Language both written and spoken.
  • Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be willing to help out where required in all areas of the hotel.
  • Must have a good knowledge of food/food industry and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Must be available for early starts and late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
