Bracken Court Hotel

Front Office Manager

The Moriarty Group are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Front Office Manager to join their team in the Bracken Court Hotel. If you have the relevant qualifications/experience, would like to develop your career within a busy 4* property and have a real passion for the industry we could have an excellent opportunity for you.

Main Duties:

Managing a team of 7 staff to include reception and night porters.

Overall Management of the Front Desk and Back Office Administration.

Reviewing/Compiling SOP's for the Front Office Dept.

Staff Training & Appraisals.

Management of Group Reservations.

Working in conjunction with Hotel Sales Team and Group Revenue Manager.


2 year’s experience in a similar role within a 3/4* hotel is an advantage.

A good knowledge of OTA Extranets would be an advantage.

Working knowledge of the Hotsoft System would be desirable though not essential.

Excellent customer care & communication skills.
