Bar Tender Opportunity at the 4* Court Yard Hotel, Leixlip, Co. Kildare.

The Court Yard Hotel is currently seeking to recruit experienced, professional and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy and extremely popular property, we could have an excellent opportunity for you.


The Role:

We have both full-time and part-time positions available.  Full-time positions will require candidates to  work an average of 42.5 to 45 hours per week - 5 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays.   Part-time positions will require the candidate to work 24-32 hours per week 3-4 days over 7 to include weekends and public holidays,. Main Duties:

  • Working behind the bar/preparing drinks
  • General bar service duties 
  • Work in conjunction with the Hotel's Food & Beverage service team in the day to day operations of the hotels busy bars
  • Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times
  • Training and Development of junior staff
  • HACCP /Hygiene duties



  • 2-3 years experience as a Bartender
  • Must be enthusiastic and have great customer focus
  • Must have a good knowledge of the beverage/bar industry/product range
  • Excellent communications and people skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
