Group Operations/Group General Manager – Hotels at the Moriarty Group, Dublin 20.
The Moriarty Group is seeking an experienced, driven, and commercially focused Group Operations / Group General Manager to oversee and support the operational performance of our hotel division.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving standards, profitability, team development, guest experience, and operational consistency across multiple properties within the Group. The successful candidate will work closely with Directors, Senior management teams and HOD’s to ensure the continued growth, efficiency, and success of the business while maintaining the high standards and culture associated with the Moriarty Group brand.
The Role:
This is a full position working an average of 45 hours per week – 5 days over 7.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties.
· Drive financial performance, budgets, and profitability targets.
· Support and develop other Managers and departmental leadership teams.
· Ensure exceptional guest service standards across all locations.
· Monitor operational KPIs, staffing levels, and labour controls.
· Lead business improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
· Maintain strong standards in compliance, health & safety, HACCP, and HR
· practices.
· Work collaboratively with central support teams including HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
· Support recruitment, succession planning, and talent development across the Group.
· Ensure brand consistency, presentation, and operational excellence throughout all properties.
Candidate Requirements
· Proven senior management experience within hotels or hospitality operations.
· Multi-site management experience preferred.
· Strong commercial and financial understanding.
· Excellent leadership and people management skills.
· Ability to motivate, develop, and manage teams effectively.
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Hands-on operational approach with strategic thinking ability.

· Full clean driving licence preferred.
