Bartender Position Required at the 4* Bracken Court Hotel, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin


The Bracken Court Hotel is currently seeking to recruit an experienced, professional and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. If you are passionate about the hospitality industry and would like to develop your career within a busy and extremely popular property, we could have an exciting opportunity for you.


Full & Part Time Positions Available


Main Duties:

  • Working behind the bar/preparing drinks
  • General bar service duties
  • Work in conjunction with the Hotel's Food & Beverage service team in the day to day operations
  • Providing excellent customer care to our guests at all times



  • 2-3 years' previous experience as a Bartender is essential
  • HACCP training is desirable but is not essential as full training can be provided
  • Must be enthusiastic and a quick learner
  • Must have a good knowledge of the beverage industry and products
  • Excellent communications and people skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
